What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
- It runs no analytics, tracking or advertising code.
- It loads nothing from other servers: fonts, images and styles are delivered from our own server.
Hosting
The website runs on a server we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in its Falkenstein data centre in Germany. To deliver a page, the server necessarily processes your IP address, the requested address, and the technical details your browser sends. Our web server does not write these requests to an access log. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is delivering the website securely. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Contacting us
If you write to us by email or through the enquiry form on the Team page, we process the details you send — name, email address, your answers and your message — to answer your enquiry. The form opens a pre-filled email in your own email program; nothing is sent until you send that email. Our email is provided by Google Cloud EMEA Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Workspace), under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Google may process data in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete enquiries once they are answered, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Booking a call
The “Book a Demo” and “Schedule a Call” buttons link to Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC, USA. No Calendly code is embedded on our pages; Calendly receives data only after you follow the link, and its own privacy notice applies there.
The footer links to our LinkedIn page. It is a plain link: LinkedIn receives no data from this website unless you follow it.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). Write to the address above to exercise them.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
